Biology: The Great Challenges: Locomotion

This is a work in progress... please bear with me, come back and watch it grow? Send constructive suggestions?

What you see below might be seen as an outline for what will eventually be spread across multiple pages.

Locomotion... movement...

Leopards move in order to be able to eat (assimilate) impalas.

Impalas move in order to avoid being eaten by leopards.

Different organisms move for different reasons... but they all move, even things like trees. You just have to think carefully about the organism's whole life story, or use time lapse photography to see the movement, in some cases.

One sign of a dead organism is that it has stopped moving, isn't it?

Why does this page cause a script to run? Because of the Google panels, and the code for the search button. Also, I have some of my pages' traffic monitored for me by eXTReMe tracker. They offer a free tracker. If you want to try one, check out their site. Why do I mention the script? Be sure you know all you need to about spyware.
